It would be cool in a character development sort of way if Louie actually decided to go through with Flareon despite everything (or whatever, don't fully know his story) with fire. It'd be like he accepted it or something.
But in all honesty the Jolteon just seems like Louie for some reason.

I just realized something... Are those lines there because you first draw these dudes on lined paper, scan it, clean it up and color it in photoshop?

Nope~ it's a brush tool in SAI that I downloaded a couple of months ago. It's sorta looks like pencil~
